Announced that a recent study conducted by a team from the University of Cambridge and other universities that eating fish, not olive oil contributes to reduce coronary heart disease in humans, as published by the Daily Telegraph.

The findings come after an analytical study involving 800 thousand people from 15 countries, where scientists have concluded that taking supplements such as fish oil does not reduce the risk of heart disease.

The study said that British markets replete with capsules of fish oil, in contrast, people who ate two fish to 4 weekly decline to have the possibility of infection by 6%.
