Helical Hotel in Abu Dhabi
cool10

This design is strange is the winner of the design competition held by Al Qudra Holding and QP International to design a new hotel in the Gulf of Zayed in Abu Dhabi, which is the work of the Office of Leeser American architectural design.
Carries this hotel name The Helix, which means an IUD or snail (named scary in Arabic) because floors come in the form of a spiral as you see in the picture, to provide a scene different and unique for each room of the room the 208, so as to ensure the best views of the Arabian Gulf and the Sheikh Zayed Bridge which designed by architectural Iraqi origin Zaha Hadid, and being the completion of the wall now.
The hotel has eight floors and pool glass-bottom to the surface, it seems like you're swimming in the air!!! While the fifth floor includes a jogging track.

This has been building design based on maximum use of natural lighting, as the system will be used very distinct bearing the name of GROW to generate energy from the sun and wind. And I will try to develop a special theme for this regime in power generation using recycled materials soon.
There is as yet no information on when to begin construction or completed, but it's good that we have begun to hear again for distinctive architectural projects in the UAE after a long period of silence.
