Kiwi and mint cocktail
Seventh Day
- Ingredients:
- 4 kiwi beads.
- The amount of a fist fresh mint leaves.
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
- Apples and one green.
- Honey or sugar to sweeten to taste.
- Two cups of water.
- Sliced kiwi and mint paper and ice cubes.
Method:
1 - Peel kiwi and cut large cubes.
2 - peel the apple and cut cubes.
3 - mixed with kiwi and apple with mint leaves, lemon juice and Cuban water and honey or sugar in a blender until we get a totally smooth mixture.
4 - mixture is poured in the cup and garnish with slices of kiwi and mint leaves.
