Honey is superior to medication in killing germs

A new study shows that honey possesses properties through which antimicrobial resistance, also showed effectiveness against bacterial resistance to antibiotics and immune organs developed resistance to antibiotics, making regular drug resistance difficult.
Honey has always been in the ancient and modern uses medical treatment for many diseases in various countries and ancient cultures, but this study may be a new turning point in medical uses of honey.
On the study conducted by the University of Sydney, says de Carter, Associate Professor in the College of biological sciences and microbial germ at the University of Sydney: "our research showed us that honey can replace many of the antibiotics used to treat wounds such as ointments, creams, and the use of honey as an aid to treatment works will increase the age of antibiotics."
"The most common types of bacteria that cause infections in hospitals are resistant to at least one antibiotic, and this requires the production of new types of antibiotics to be able to eliminate disease-causing bacteria."
Following: "didn't even know how you could honey through which resistant bacteria, but mostly the Markaba inside honey named" methylglyoxal reacts with other compounds did not know until now, to be able to disable the ability of bacteria to produce new strains resistant to antibiotics. "
Honey is the most complex in its composition, containing approximately 800 composite, this complexity makes it difficult for scientists to understand completely the mechanism by which resistant bacteria and kill her.
Among the famous honey-resistant bacteria, a type called "Manuka" label relative to the type of plant used to nourish the bees making honey, Manuka "plant called bush" a vegetable called Leptospermum family "and is a plant grows naturally in New Zealand.
An Australian medical company, announced the recent production of the best antibacterial honey, a honey producer of plants called "jellybush" is a plant belonging to the same family "manuka".
Dr. rose Cooper from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Wales, the research activity of antibacterial honey, and has authored a book entitled "honey in the face wounds."
According to CNN: "there are many ingredients that contribute to give honey features, Hyperglycemia, and lack of water and low acidity are all factors that help."
