MTEL communications technologies Corp. Sues Apple to stop service iMessage

Advanced enterprise "Mobile Telecommunications Technologies, symbolised by the name of institution (MTEL) communication techniques, where Apple sued for violating seven patents owned by it.

The Foundation said in the lawsuit that Apple infringed patents owned in the manufacture of "Time Capsule" and "AirPort Extreme and AirPort Express", and violated other patents related to instant messaging services when her "iMessage" was developed.

"The service provides instant advantage iMessage among users of Apple's smart phone either iPhone or the iPad tablet computers, plus a" iPod touch ".

MTEL said that patent which violated Apple owned the company since 1998 and is registered in the patent and Trademark Office, the way messages between two devices connected wirelessly

The Foundation, which called for the establishment of SkyTel communications in America and a number of countries around the world, in case the iMessage service "Apple" and any similar services provided by the US company, according to a report by the website "patentlyapple".

The service "iMessage" Apple was revealed in 2011 when the fifth version of its smart operating system iOS.
