YouTube stops working on some versions of Internet Explorer

Many experienced users of the eighth edition of the "Internet Explorer" browser, IE8, Microsoft, Windows XP, and the Tenth Edition users "IE10 ″ on Windows 7″, the problem of blocking access to YouTube.
