Stone said that parents can increase their child's exercise of kinetic activities to reduce activities, exercising while sitting, as time watching television and other entertainment for not more than 1-2 hours at most a day.

The parents, "motivate their child to practise a moderate physical activity for at least one hour a day, to stimulate the health of the cardiovascular system."

On the other hand, stone cautioned that children in a smoke-free environment, as proven that passive smoking affects the health of the child in the negative for more than one reason, for example, it may facilitate getting cardiovascular disease in adulthood.
