Eye exercises after using the computer for long periods
These exercises advised by one eye doctors. They deserve to be exercised and are easy for all of us
Who spends long hours above the desk, staring at a computer screen.
It is called 20-20-20.
First step:-
Whenever passed twenty minutes of continuous review on the device screen rotate your head up
Consideration focused on anything just for you 20 feet (6 meters). This changes the focal length
For the lens of the eye. It is the duty of the eye thing stressful.
Second step:-
Close eyes and fire in quick succession for twenty consecutive time, their moistening.
Third step:-
By widening the time you walk twenty step, after every 20 minutes
Sit in the same position. This exercise helps to stimulate circulation to the entire body.
