And the greatness of the Holy Quran that shows who wants to see and know the signs of Allaah in prospects and selves, it is possible that there are things to do to have prevented him from seeing the verses and their knowledge and discovery, and is evident in meaning:

{Sasref for my signs they be proud ٱلذين in ٱلارض in ٱلحق and to see each verse does not believe and see for ٱلرشد not take a way, to see the ٱلغي take a ذٰلك that they lied to our signs, they are oblivious} (Custom: 146).

It was said that "Exchange" here means: lack of understanding of the Qur'an (verses almastora), or do not reflect weech we have heaven and Earth (visible verses).

That verse makes it clear that "haughtiness in the ground but the truth" is the primary inhibitor see verses, and "turning the verses" leads to the same result, and of course the "ignorance of verses" do not make use of the human vision in mind.

This means that the Quran as broad stages of access road to see the verses and their knowledge, also warned of some acts and behaviors (haughtiness-turning-ignorance) that lead to obscure vision and knowledge.
