Causes of lower back pain and how to treat
Some people suffer from pain in the lumbar region, and this pain is sometimes associated with pain (sciatica). This was accompanied by pain, numbness or tingling sensation in these areas. There are some scientific and popular solutions to get rid of this pain, arising from methods of living and work, or other infections.
Lower back pain causes:
Lower back pain (pain al Qattan) _ a reference to the lumbar, lower back _ usually result from poor posture and sitting incorrectly, or excessive stress, or lifting things incorrectly, or excess weight and relaxed ligaments during pregnancy, or lack of sleep, or fatigue.
-Fibrous pneumonia is the same name that is sometimes called sore muscles and rigid, often result in stress and bad posture.
-Sciatica is caused by pressure on sciatica due to a strained muscle or spinal disc displacement.
-Spinal disc pain may result from displacement of the disc after doing hard work and strong activity, and also result from damaged disks.
How the doctor addresses this pain:
Doctor examination, tests for inflammation, x-ray imaging, when necessary.
In most cases of back pain, the doctor recommends eating anti-inflammatory painkillers, and perhaps massage, exercises and physical therapy. However, it is no longer recommended for most forms of back pain. Either disc displacement requires several weeks of bed rest.
Alternative natural remedies:
There are several types of alternative treatments to get rid of this pain, the best known herbal therapy, which can be prepared in the following strains:
To prepare an infusion of one of the following types of tea, place the tea bag or a tablespoon of dried herbs in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Row mix if necessary add honey if desired.
· Try white willow pain relief.
· Cowpea plant helps reduce inflammation.
· For sciatica, try white willow or Rosemary.
Aromatherapy:
You can add a few drops of essential oils of Rosemary, Chamomile or lavender to the bath tub water, or mix two drops in 2 tablespoons and half a spoon of oil catalyst, such as almond oil or soybean oil, and rub the affected area.
Squeeze by hand:
· Lower back pain treatment, follow the line that extends between the Pinky and ring finger just below the wrist and press for 3 minutes.
· You can also press the thumbs on either side of the spinal cord directly above the sink for a minute, then gently massage.
Reflexology therapy:
Press gently for a minute on one of the following: reflective points
1. the reflective point to the upper section of the spinal cord is located near the big toe of the foot.
2. the reflective point for sciatica in the heel.
3. reflective point to the lower part of the spinal cord on the side edge of the foot.
4. point the reflective space for Central spinal cord found in bump foot directly under large finger.
