What is meant by fat food

Fat is the main source of energy, and help the body absorb vitamins and is important for proper growth and development of the body and help him stay healthy. It also adds fat delicious flavor to foods, and help the feeling of fullness. The fatty substance important sources llkalori or calories, and infant and children start walking. As exercise fat in the food we eat has a major role in determining the levels of cholesterol in the blood.


But fats are not similar. Therefore, we should try to avoid: saturated fats, like butter and grease the rigid and mechanical sheep. Trans fat found in:

• Margarine.

• Crackers.

• Biscuits.

• Snacks.

• Other foods made with partially hydrogenated oils or fried foods with these oils.



It is better to replace these foods with food use other oils, such as corn oil, canola oil, olive oil, safflower oil, soybean oil and sunflower oil. But we must not forget that eating a lot of fat leads to overweight no matter what type of fat used.
