Hypnotic drugs may harm health
 
A recent British study warned that taking sleeping drugs for a long time could lead to the destruction of health.

The study conducted by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society that 51 percent of people who suffer from insomnia are as medication for themselves, and this is often hypnotic medication drugs without permission from a doctor.


The study stated that the habit may lead to health problems, because insomnia occurs mostly due to a psychological problem or membership.

The researchers said organizers of the publication of this study they explored the views of some individuals who suffer from insomnia, and found that about 30 percent of the respondents taking hypnotic drugs for more than a month without getting medical advice.He admitted about 14 percent eat drugs for up to 6 months. While 18 percent failed to identify how long it took the hypnotic drugs.

Said Paul Johnson, one of the researchers involved in the study, "It is disturbing to find a large proportion of those who suffer from insomnia are taking drugs for a long time. Might be drug effective in the treatment of insomnia within a short period, but attendance eating more may be harmful to health."

The researchers say it is not yet clear why the increased risk for those taking sleeping pills.

These drugs lead to pain relief, and perhaps makes it covered more likely to fall or other incidents.
