Researchers: extra sleep at night hours reduce pain

A new study finds that sleep an extra hour or more at night can dramatically improve a person's attention and sensitivity to pain.
According to the daily mail, British researchers in hospital "ailnri Ford in Detroit found that sleep 10 hours a night, instead of the recommended 48 hours, is more effective for pain relief medication codeine. The study included 18 people who sound like them sleep 4 consecutive nights in their fashion, or 4 nights at 10 hours. The researchers measured sleep and daytime, and assessed the sensitivity of pain through the use of heat source. The results showed that people who have spent more hours sleep a night were more attentive and less sensitive to the pain significantly. The effectiveness of sleep over the effectiveness of the drug codeine in alleviating pain.
